WHAT'S BETTER THAN "FINGER-LICKIN' GOOD"?

Apparently the "Messy Meat Meaty Burger" from Carl's Jr. which, judging from this commercial, is actually crotch-munching good!

OMG!!  Does anyone know if this commercial actually ever ran on American TV?  We've never lived near any Carl's Jr. restaurants, but we can't imagine this ever being allowed to air.
